GTC

1. Scope of Application

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, deliveries and services provided by LMT (Lienert Management & Technologie GmbH) to its customers, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. These GTC have been drawn up in accordance with the Swissmem GTC standard.

2. Conclusion of Contract

All offers from LMT are subject to change and non-binding. A contract is only concluded when an order is placed by the Customer in writing or electronically and confirmed by LMT in writing or electronically.

3. Prices and Terms of Payment

Prices are quoted in Swiss francs and, unless otherwise stated, are net prices plus VAT. Payments shall be made in accordance with the terms of payment specified in the agreed contract.

4. Delivery and Shipment

Delivery shall be made ex distributor's premises or ex warehouse to the delivery address specified by the customer. The customer shall bear the shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Data Protection

LMT undertakes to treat the customer's personal data confidentially and to use it only for the purpose of processing the contract.

6. Amendments to the GTC

Amendments to these GTC are possible at any time. The current version of the GTC will be published on the website.

7. Choice of Law and Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Zurich, Switzerland.
